Client Success Manager

Kokomo24/7™ is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Manager to join the Kokomo24/7™ team. Your role will be to prospect and sell to potential clients/partners. This individual will have a passion for the digital world and thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will help build meaningful long-lasting client partnerships and be focused on delivering exceptional client services to Kokomo24/7™ clients. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset and will help to move the business forward with their initiative and attention to detail. The candidate will focus on excellence, client loyalty, and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities
  • Present and sell Kokomo24/7™ products and services to new and existing clients.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Kokomo24/7™ products and service offerings for k~12, Higher Education, and HR.
  • Reach agreed-upon sales goals by the target dates.
  • Collaborate on creating sales/training materials and guides.
  • Own key relationships with top-tier clients.
  • Bring the voice of customer feedback back to help assist with product strategy and roadmap.
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep clients informed of the latest product developments.
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints.
Qualifications: Not a remote-work position. Please consider the commute to Northbrook, IL.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot)
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer success environment.
  • Proven team player with a positive attitude who adapts easily to a fast-paced, high-growth, and external-facing environment.
  • Proven track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external partners driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through.
  • Strong written/verbal communication, excellent relationship management skills, and sharp attention to detail.
  • Analytical problem solver with a strong work ethic who can work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, and project management software.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • The willingness and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in education and or HR field is nice to have.

Sales & marketing associate

Kokomo24/7™ is seeking a a young and hardworking candidate to join us as a Sales and Marketing Associate on an immediate basis. You will be responsible for developing and executing our organizational sales and marketing activities. You will also be responsible for researching on competitors' products and services, pricing, etc. Prior work experience as a Sales and Marketing Associate or a similar role will be an added advantage for the candidate. You should also be required for building good relationships with the existing clients. In addition to this, you should have excellent analytical skills, outstanding communications skills, good problem-solving abilities and the ability to work in coordination with the entire team.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing and analyzing the sales proposals.
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with the clients.
  • Developing full-proof marketing and sales strategies.
  • Researching the competitors' products and services on a regular basis.
  • Creating and supervising various marketing campaigns.
  • Preparing regular sales forecasting reports.
  • Analyzing the sales and marketing performance metrics.
  • Creating brand awareness using social media platforms.
  • Working in collaboration with the Media department.
  • Resolving customers' complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Organizing promotional events and conferences.
  • Maintaining accurate records of KPIs from past marketing campaigns.
