The Kokomo ACCESS™ resource reservation tool allows your team to book shared rooms or resources with the click of a button.

Optional digital badging allows users to check in and check out via QR codes, providing admins with greater insight into capacity data.

Users can see resource status (reserved, in-use, cleaning needed, or available) and book a specific time slot. Once booked, users have the ability to revise or cancel reservations at any time.
